8. Fudge Girls L-S Jumpsuit - Easily, one of my favorite items in the Starplaza. Jumpsuits have always been in fashion when styled the right way. This bold jumpsuit will help you make a statement at any setting and truly stand out.

9. Bisou Inspired by Sabyasachi Dress - This item looks good at the naked eye but looks even better when in an outfit. This is one of those rare items that can be dressed up or down with ease. You will use this one over and over again.

Hotbuys Leopard Coat

The latest hotbuys item has just been released into Starplaza. It is the Hotbuys leopard coat from Rio. Overall, I think that the jacket is chic, but not chic enough to cost 15sd! That's a lot of money to spend on a coat. But since Stardoll is giving out Stardollars for the 40th anniversary, maybe you can afford this one. This is a very risky item. It wouldn't be that hard to go from chic to tacky. So be careful of that when styling your outfit. So what do you all think of the jacket? Let us know in the comments

make-up tutorial: smokey eyes

i'm making a make-up tutorial now ;D


SMOKEY EYES

1.) Mascara - i used a volumizing mascara for the first step.

2.) Eyeshadow 1 - i took the white eyeshadow to bring out the eyes

3.) Eyeshadow 2 - i took the grey eyeshadow (the darker one - sry, but it isnt in the starplaza anymore, because its from sephora :-/). i put it near to the eyelashes, but i left some white.

4.) Eye pencil - i think this is the most important step for this look. Wear the black eye pencil on the upper part of the eye on. That stresses the eyes more.

5.) Eyeshadow 3 - Wear the black eyeshadow close to the eyelashes - a little bit gray should be left.

6 + 7.) put the black eye pencil on your eye one time again to perfect it a little bit. The white eyepencil is also important, it make the eye stand out a bit more, so it look better.

7.) White eye pencil - to make the eye stand out a bit more, so it looks better

8.) Blush – to finish the make-up

hb sunglasses released!

Hey,
the new hb sunglasses were released....

But there are two ones (like the hb sweater and the bag)

If you look at the glasses correctly, you can see that the cheaper one is smaller than the other one...

But i think this will change soon.



I bought the cheaper sunglasses for 6$ to save money and i prefer this one...
And i like it very much, because i think it's very fashionable..

My Album Has Officially Been Finished!

As many of you know, I take great pride in my album. And since we have been given 100 pages, I wanted to take my album to a whole different dimension. It needed to be upgraded bigtime. So I now have over 90 themed pages of several of your favorite styles for you to look at. I am so excited to hear what you all think!

Album Outfits - Babydoll

As some of you know, I am extremely dedicated to my album. I have more than 90 themes pages just like the one you see above. I decided to show the babydoll style to you all. This has to be one of the most High Fashion styles in my album. When people think of high fashion, most think of fierce, and edgy looks. Many seem to forget that countless designers have fit the babydoll style into their couture lines.

These two outfits are very well crafted. Perfection is eminent when making a Babydoll outfit. In the first outfit to the left, everything fits together perfectly. The sizes of the top, belt and skirt work so well together and make a beautiful silhouette. The second outfit is also very well put together. The hotbuys top is the centerpiece of this outfit. I dressed up my doll specifically to compliment that top. I made a babydoll inspired outfit that was perfect for my album. Notice how well the shoes and the bag work to compliment the top. The white tights are just that finishing touch

They are totally reminding me of Avril lavigne's new parfum "black star", because there's a parfum bottle and i think Avril Lavigne likes pink...
Another thoughts are the new LE-collection ... but i don't think so, because LE is more glamorous (my opinion), but it can be a new shop too...

Letter to Readers

Hey Stardoll Mania Readers!

I am so sorry for not posting the last couple days but I started school and am trying to make a good start this time. But I have been on Stardoll a lot because I am working on my album. I want to fill those 100 pages with all of my outfits. So I actually came 4th on the catwalk yesterday for these outfits!

I have decided to show you guys my progress in my album. I will post my new outfits and how to get that specific look. I hope you all enjoy it.

I want to thank my friend Ms.Brigitte for making me this new banner. I will be switching off between this and my old banner so you will still see the old one. And also to my HighFashionSav Club Members, as you may know, the latest competition was delayed but I am waiting to get more Stardollars for the prize and for myself to have more time

Doing My Best for F.A.'s Deep V Dress

As you all know, I have been making fashionable outfits in the starplaza for a long time now. So this time, I felt that I needed a true challenge. Many have expressed their dislike for the new Fallen Angel Deep V Dress. So I decided to take it and see if I can make it look better. So after some experimenting, I finally came up with a great outfit. Its not the most incredible outfit i've made but I think its a HUGE improvement from the original. I worked to exagerate the neckline of this dress by belting it and making the front appear much shorter. Doing this, I also created a train in the back which I think makes this outfit look fierce. How To: Create an Alter-Ego

I've always found it fun to experiment with my doll's look and create a look that is completely different than the original. I'm not a huge Hannah Montana fan, but I love the thought of creating an alterego of my old self. So I want to show you all how to create a look much different than your own. So this post is separated into 5 sections. Each section has two pictures and two opposite looks. So you need to figure out what kind of look you usually go for, than check out the opposite and experiment with that look. So pick your current personal style from the list below

Girly - Section 1

Edgy - Section 1

Glamorous - Section 2

Emo/Goth - Section 2

Hippy/Grunge - Section 3

Futuristic - Section 3

Preppy - Section 4

Urban - Section 4

Sensual - Section 5

Youthful - Section 5

Girly -- Edgy

These are the first two opposite looks. First off, to achieve a girly look, it is all about color and cut. Color is very important. Reds, Pinks, Purples, Baby Blue, and Orange are the best colors to use. It is all about creating a look that is delicate and feminine. So skirts are usually the way to go. In the girly outfit above, I used:

- Basics Lavender Tube Top

- Fallen Angel Smoking Vest

- Pretty in Pink Summer Skirt

- Bisou Necklace

- Pretty in Pink Leighton Sandals

- Pretty in Pink Bag

The edgy look is all about attitude. You can use virtually any item and incorporate it into an edgy outfit. Usually, it is best to use mostly dark colors in the outfit. Navy and Silver are probably the best to use. Slim fit pants are an essential for achieving this look. The items that I used in the outfit are:

- Rio Dark Fit Slim Jeans

- Bisou Golden Clutch

- Rio Brown Leather Boots

Some of the essential items for achieving these looks are in the pictures above. I have also stated the amount of Stardollars needed to purchase each item. These will Help you to perfect the alterego that you are going for

Glamorous -- Emo/Goth

Glamour is all about luxury. You must find luxurious brands, fabrics, and accessories. Fur and Elegant dresses can help you acheive this look. but don't just stop at the clothes. Change up your medoll and your hair. True glamour must be shown from head to toe. Try colors like red and gold. You can range this look from modern glamour to the glamour of an era like the 1920's. The items that I used in the outfit are:

- Voile Faux Fur Jacket

- Fallen Angel Corset with Suspenders

- Rio Slim Fit Jeans

- Rio Studded Boots

- Rio Double Belt

-The Emo/Goth look is a tricky one. Unlike most beliefs, you can't just put on a bunch of black clothing and instantly look goth. The way you put together the clothes matter more than you think. Actually, the best colors to use are Black AND White. They can both help you get that look you desire. Jackets and sweatshirts are essentials for this look. The items I used in the outfit are:

- Abbey Dawn Blouse

- Stardoll Boyfriend Jacket

- Rio Capri Pants

- Elle Extra Wide Belt

- Voile Shania Hat

- Jordache Gladiators

The essential items for these looks are seen above and are priced. For Glamorous, that purse is very essential because it can add the perfect touch to any Glamorous outfit. As for Goth, the Mudd Hoodie is a big essential. Sweatshirts and jackets are the most important item that goes into a goth/emo ensemble

Hippy/Grunge -- Futuristic

The Hippy look and the grunge look are more alike than you would think. Hippy is not simply the 70's. It is a particular look that is found to me similar to the grunge look. Earth tones are the best for this look. That means brwon, grey, green and blue are best for the Grunge look. It is important to use baggy clothing when making a grunge ensemble. But do not use ALL baggy items. It is great to have a balance between baggy and slim fit. The items that I used for the outfit are:

- Fallen Angel Tube Top

- Bisou Ripped Vest

- Bisou Studded Belt

- Bisou DIY Ripped Pants

- Archive Ankle Boots

The futuristic look is another hard one to get right. It is about color, neckline and fit. Slim fit clothing are the best for a futuristic ensemble. Out of all necklines, the best is a one shoulder neckline. An A-symetrical look with a slim fit is perfection for a Futuristic outfit. Futuristic outfits are open to interpretation. You can put your own spin on it. The outfits that I used are listed below

- Bisou One Shoulder Top

- Basics Pink Miniskirt

- Basics Light Pink Miniskirt

- Decades Golden Belt

- Bisou Golden Clutch-

Vivienne Tam Heels

The essentials for these two looks are priced above. The stardoll Hilary Cardigan is a must have for the grunge look. It is the epitome of what a great hippy/grunge look should have. The Rio one shoulder dress is perfection for a futuristic look. As I said, it is one shouldered, slim, and short. Use these essentials to make your own alter ego

Preppy -- Urban

The preppy look is very popular among teens. It is about plaids, sets, and consists of School appropriate clothing. The print is very important to a preppy ensemble. Plaids, Stripes, and Dots are perfect for this look. As I said, sets are ideal for a preppy outfit. Matching tops and bottoms are exactly what you need. So this is a look that you really need to plan out. The items that I used are:

- Kohl's Candie's Plaid Tube Dress

- Stardoll White Blouse

- Fallen Angel Fishnet Pantyhose

- Rio Black Boots

An urban look is all about swagger. It must be Hip Hop inspired. One huge rule is to show skin. Shorts and mini skirts are great for this but jumpsuits are best. Items that are made for layering are needed to make this look perfect. Virtually any color can be used but with certain items you may need to try a trial and error run. Meaning that you should try different combinations before deciding on your outfit. The items that I used are:

- Basics White Tube Top

- Decades Long Necklace

- Rio Heels

- Stardoll Hilary Clutch

The essential items are listed and priced above. For a preppy looks, the Stardoll Plaid Wrap Around Skirt is the must buy. It will be easy to match with other items to make the best preppy look possible. For Urban, the Rio Loose Top is absolute perfection. It was made for layering which is exactly what you should be looking for. Experimant with these items to find your perfect ensemble

Sensual -- Youthful

The sensual look is all about seduction. Finding a sexy look must be tasteful and not look like your trying too hard. Mini dresses are the absolute best at hitting a sensual look. Black, Red, and Several Prints are great for this. This is a look all about the attitude that you give out. Experiment with sheer items and slim fits. The items that I used for my sensual outfit are:

A youthful look is very fun. You get to use bright colors and fun styles. Be sure to match your colors perfectly becuase that is ideal for a youthful outfit. Do not use any black or brown in these outfits because that could send you to the wrond direction. Bold and Bright colors are the way to go. My personal favorite colors for this look are Bright Blue, Yellow and Purple. The items that I used in my youthful outfit are:

The essentials for these looks are priced above. For the sensual look, the voile gloves are the most important. They are the perfect touch for any sensual outfit.
